All candidates are pre-verified and you can choose to add specific questions the candidates have to answer in a video interview. Then it`s up to you to choose amongst the candidates that have applied for yourshifts or permanent positions.
If you are hiring for a permanent position we charge a small recruitment fee, and if you are hiring for daily shifts we charge a flat fee per hour but also handle all administrative tasks related to salary payment- you will just receive an invoice for the hours of work completed.
