·     Are you recruiting for a permanent position? To attract the best talent it is important to prepare a good job ad, if you need some tips on how to write a good job ad we suggest you read this article.

·     Are you looking to cover daily shifts? Remember to be clear on what you are in need of when it comes to qualifications and work experience, what the job entails, and salary per hour.

·     Fill out our template, either for shifts or permanent jobs, and click on the publish button.

All candidates are pre-verified and you can choose to add specific questions the candidates have to answer in a video interview. Then it`s up to you to choose amongst the candidates that have applied for yourshifts or permanent positions.

If you are hiring for a permanent position we charge a small recruitment fee, and if you are hiring for daily shifts we charge a flat fee per hour but also handle all administrative tasks related to salary payment- you will just receive an invoice for the hours of work completed.
